Lumière Dining is a restaurant reservation and management platform built by independent restaurant operators for independent restaurant operators.
Our Mission
We believe that independent restaurants deserve the same quality of technology as the largest hospitality groups — without per-cover fees, annual contracts, or platforms that harvest their guest data for cross-platform marketing. Lumière exists to give independent fine dining operators a complete, elegant platform that respects the relationship between a restaurant and its guests.
Built by Operators, for Operators
Lumière Hospitality Inc. was founded in 2025 in Ontario, Canada. The founding team brings together deep experience in independent restaurant operations and software engineering. We have run dining rooms, managed front-of-house teams, and dealt firsthand with the frustrations of legacy reservation platforms — paying per cover for guests who were already loyal regulars, losing guest data when switching platforms, and watching per-cover fees compound with every busy Saturday service.
We built Lumière because we wanted a platform we would have actually used. One that treats guest data as the restaurant's asset, not the platform's. One that charges a flat monthly fee regardless of how busy a night gets. One that is beautiful enough to match the care that goes into a fine dining room.
Our Values
Guest data belongs to the restaurant. Every guest profile, preference note, and visit history generated through Lumière belongs to the restaurant — not to us. We do not cross-market your guests to other restaurants on the platform. We do not sell guest data. We do not use it for any purpose beyond powering your own guest experience.
Flat pricing, always. We charge one flat monthly fee regardless of how many reservations you take, how many covers you serve, or how busy your dining room gets on a Friday night. You should never feel penalized for a successful service.
Independent restaurants deserve great software. We do not build for chains. We do not build for groups. We build for the independent chef-owner who cares deeply about every table in the room.
