Lumière Hospitality Inc. — Effective May 1, 2025
These terms govern your use of the Lumière Dining platform. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
Subscription & Billing
Lumière Dining is available on two subscription plans: Elevate at $89.99/month (CAD) and Prestige at $129.99/month (CAD). All plans are billed monthly with no annual commitment required. Subscriptions automatically renew each month on the same calendar date as your original start date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and no further charges are made.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of their initial subscription date. No questions asked. To request a refund, email hello@lumieredining.com with your account email address. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and are returned to the original payment method.
Platform Use
Lumière is licensed for use by a single restaurant location per subscription. Multi-location pricing is available — contact sales for details. You are responsible for the appropriate use of the platform by your staff and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not use Lumière for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
Guest Data Responsibility
As the restaurant operator, you are responsible for collecting and managing your guests' personal information in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including PIPEDA. Lumière provides the tools to store and use this data on your behalf. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from your guests and for responding to any guest data requests you receive.
Service Availability
We maintain the Lumière platform with commercially reasonable care and target high availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime caused by infrastructure failures, maintenance windows, or events outside our control. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where possible.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
